Delivery & Returns
Following confirmation of your order and payment in full, please allow 3-4 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays) for your order to arrive. Despatch is via Parcelforce overnight service. Please note that Parcelforce will require a signature upon delivery. All good are fully insured whilst in transit.
DIY Towbars do not take orders for export outside the UK, and do not deliver to the Channel Islands.

Return of damaged, faulty or wrongly ordered goods
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so that we can arrange for your damaged goods to be collected and for the despatch of a new consignment at no additional cost to yourself. Alternatively, if you do not want a replacement we will arrange for collection of the damaged goods and issue you a full refund.
If you inadvertently order the wrong products and accept delivery of them, please email us as soon as possible. We can arrange collection of the wrongly ordered items and despatch of the correct products to you. Please note that carriage charges are applicable in this case.
Your right to a refund
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to return any order placed through this website within 7 working days of you receiving your order. If you wish to exercise this right please email us as soon as possible. Items must be returned in their original unused condition and, wherever possible, in their original packaging. Please note that, under the Regulations, you are responsible for the cost of return carriage.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
